No Hassle Returns
Sundown offers a 14 day money-back guarantee to give you the necessary time to decide whether the product is right for you. If you wish to return your online purchase, please enclose a copy of your original receipt with a note explaining why you are returning the product(s), and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Returned products must be in the original "new" condition, in the original factory packaging with all instructions, tags, and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met, and customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. After you have ordered your product you will be sent an email with the confirmation of your purchase within 24 hours, not including Saturdays, Sundays and U.S. Holidays. If the product you ordered is not in stock at the time of the order, a representative will contact you within 24 hours of your order. - Upon receipt of the returned order we will inspect the product(s) and process accordingly.
Accepted returns will be either exchanged for another item or you will be refunded the original charges, less shipping charges. We do not accept return parcels that are billed freight or C.O.D.

For International Shipments: If you choose not to pay the customs fees at the time of delivery the package will be considered abandoned and you will not receive a refund on your order.
If you purchase a product that you feel to be defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We follow the manufacturers' warranty guidelines and will repair or replace an item according to the manufacturer's policy. If the warranty specifies that you return the item directly to the manufacturer we will supply you with the appropriate shipping information.
